Who We Are

American Cabinet Door is owned and operated by Andrew Opgaard. Our corporate headquarters are in the lovely town of Bethel, Connecticut.

American Cabinet Door was started in 1994. Andrew did the company’s very first installation.

Paul came on board as Amcab’s top salesman in 1996. (Well, what Paul does isn’t so much sales, as it is making sure that our customers, and American Cabinet Door, are a great match.)

Paul and Andrew took over the company in August of 2003 and have been working hard to improve our standards and productivity ever since.

American Cabinet Door’s professional values include: honesty, integrity, teamwork, respect, quality and efficiency. We pride ourselves on these values, as well as our friendly attitude and on-the-job creative problem solving.
