What We Do

American Cabinet Doors main focus is on Refacing existing cabinets and replacing countertops.

Once it has been determined that your old kitchen cabinet boxes are in good shape, we prepare them for refacing by removing your existing cabinet doors, drawer fronts and trim.

Then we sand the cabinets and fill in any imperfections.

We make up brand new doors and drawer fronts in the style and wood you choose.

We craft new countertops out of the material of your choice and install.

After the final prep sanding stage, we cover your existing cabinet boxes with the same material with which the doors are made (your choice of real wood or easy care vinyl).

We then install your new doors, file the edges, clean the cabinets, install the trim and install the new hardware.

If you are getting new countertops, we craft the new countertop out of the material of your choosing and install that.

Lastly, we completely clean up the job site, leaving nothing behind but a beautiful “new” kitchen.

We can also do Minor kitchen remodeling jobs such as: installing a new island or re-sizing cabinets to fit new appliances.

There are many different styles and materials to choose from when choosing your new cabinets and countertops. High quality laminates are still the most popular choice. (Check them out, they have come a long way baby!) Solid surface, such as Staron & Avonite. And wood! Yes wood. (It looks stunning in the right kitchen.)

And more, just ask!
